Helping youth understand that great leaders serve first — and that humility, empathy, and action are powerful tools for creating real change.
Learn the importance of serving your fellow man using a positive, motivating, selfless, and empathetic approach. How to identify the traits and personalities that we come in contact with and how to handle each situation as an individual encounter that can be transformed in to a better relationship.

Leadership
Core Focus:
Helping young people explore what leadership really means, identify their own leadership style, and understand the importance of youth-led impact in their communities.
Learn to effectively listen and effectively communicate thoughts and interest, Interviewing, speaking in front of a wide range of audiences, presentation mastery, ability to understand your audience and the occasion is the focus of the group. Open to ages 10-20.

Mentoring
Core Focus:
Helping youth discover and connect with mentors who align with their interests, passions, or career paths — creating powerful, real-world guidance and inspiration.
Our alignment approach to mentoring allows us to mentor from the perspective of the mentee. We align our mentees with accomplished entrepreneurs, who have a love for mentoring and giving back. Our mentors often share the same passion, which gives the mentees a tangible mentor that can help their L.I.F.E. plan come to fruition.
