L.I.F.E Leadership Group is a youth-focused empowerment organization rooted in the belief that true leadership starts from within. Our name, L.I.F.E — Look Inside For Everything, reflects our core philosophy: that every young person holds the keys to their own growth, purpose, and greatness. We are committed to guiding youth on a transformative journey of self-discovery, personal development, and leadership mastery.
Through dynamic eLearning courses, personalized coaching, speaking engagements, and real-world mentorship opportunities, we equip the next generation with the tools they need to lead with confidence, compassion, and character.
Our programs are designed to awaken purpose, cultivate resilience, and align passions with real-life impact—whether through entrepreneurship, community leadership, or career paths aligned with their gifts.

MISSION
We do this by empowering individuals with the knowledge, mentorship, and resources needed to build impactful lives across leadership, business, and health sectors.
GOAL
Help our students identify their Gift by using our L.I.F.E Principles and C.H.E.L.F. of Core Values to create a L.I.F.E Statement which will guide them on their journey to freedom.
